Data collected via forms

When you submit a form (academy application, franchising, contact) we collect name, email, phone, and the content you provide, solely to reply to you.

Purpose

Data is used to respond to your inquiry. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing without further consent.

Retention

Data is retained in our email inbox for the time needed to handle the request. You may request deletion by writing to info@biosalon.it.

BioSalon Card app

The BioSalon Card loyalty app processes the following data to run your points card: phone number (used to sign in via SMS code), first name and optional last name and email, points balance and the transaction history (accruals and redemptions) made in salon. With your consent we store a device identifier to send you notifications about offers and rewards.

Salon staff may attach service notes and characteristics (e.g. hair type) to your profile to deliver the treatment. Marketing consent is optional, separate and revocable at any time from the app profile.

App data is processed via Google Firebase (authentication, database and notifications). The legal basis is the performance of the requested loyalty service and, for marketing, consent.

Retention and deletion (app)

Card data is kept while your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data by writing to info@biosalon.it; we will act within the legal deadlines. Deletion closes the card and forfeits the points balance.

Rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under GDPR. To exercise them write to info@biosalon.it.

Technical tools

We use Vercel Analytics (anonymous, no tracking cookies) and Resend for email delivery.
