Academy applications

Submitting the application form does not guarantee enrollment: every application is reviewed by Ramon. Confirmation is provided by email within 48 hours.

Bookings

Service bookings are handled by phone or WhatsApp with the chosen salon. Cancellations follow each salon's policy.

BioSalon Card loyalty program

BioSalon Card is the free loyalty program accessed through the app. Enrollment uses your phone number. Points accrue on amounts spent at participating salons and by completing the proposed initiatives ("quests"); they can be redeemed for available offers. Points, offers and quests have no monetary value, are not convertible to cash nor transferable, and may be changed or suspended without notice. Points expire when the card is closed.

Bio Salon S.r.l. reserves the right to void points credited in error or fraudulently. Offer details (points cost, validity, redemption limits) are shown in the app at redemption time.
